The second part of our 3D process is where we construct

specific solutions by following certain developmental activities.

Visualization

Drawing on brand and consumer insight, we then visualize

the final pieces that bring to life your retail environment.

The first step of visualization is content development, which consists of copywriting, message hierarchy development, content localization, and content resourcing.

The second step of visualization is space planning, where we do a holistic analysis of how signage will function interdependently throughout the store. Here we factor in shopper navigation, wayfinding systems, and compliance standardization.

Next in the visualization process is industrial design. In this piece, we concept fixture and displays, develop rendering models, and analyze shopper engagement and interaction with the piece.

The final piece of the visualization process is the graphic design, where we finalize the communication hierarchy and produce design concepts, production art, and the graphic prototype.

Realization

Pratt Visual Solutions realizes each design by managing all variables of retail graphics production that are vital to producing a sound product that delivers confidence to our customers. Our realization process includes materials specialists who production engineer every fixture and display with the attitude of a scientific lab technician. We also value engineer each design to ensure a durable, cost-effective product for our brand customer.

After we've engineered each piece, we then conduct volume studies and produce a prototype. We know it's a visual world and we make sure that we create and present our prototypes exactly as they would exist in the actual retail environment – at the same height, with same surroundings, same lighting, etc. Often, this consists of building model stores within our production facility to present models to customers.

Along with prototyping, realization includes materials sourcing, fabrication, and fitment of each piece.

Site Planning

In order to provide a full-scale model of services, Pratt Visual Solutions offers site planning services and project management. This includes detailed onboarding, full documentation of each store, and creation of store-specific plans.

The last piece of our development stage is the management of sourcing partners. Pratt Visual Solutions has been a long-standing industry partner and has built value chain partnerships with similar industry leaders, both nationally and internationally.
