Pratt's Printing capabilities include the following:

  • Litho printing: large format, multiple substrates (plastic, paper, styrene, flute cardboard, self-adhesive labels)

High-Powered Efficiency: Fulfillment & Consolidation

The constantly changing nature of retail sales is a barrier to some production firms. Not here. At Pratt, we employ lean processes that allow for a flexible fulfillment schedule that ends up saving our clients time and money.

We keep no more than three months of inventory on hand at all times. This provides low risk for our customers and minimal obsolescence of product. We use technology to our benefit in the replenishment services, but we always work hand in hand with our clients to build a custom solution.

Our centrally located facilities in Indianapolis provide the best geography for fulfillment. We become a center of gravity for our clients and can efficiently fulfill and ship kits to any part of the country equally as fast.

On Paper and In Person: Rapid Prototyping

After we value engineer each piece and program, Pratt provides on demand prototyping from concept to realization. From pen and paper to full-scale models live and in person, accurate prototyping allows clients the confidence of a sound final deliverable.

We create and present our prototypes exactly as they would exist in the actual retail environment – at the same height, with same surroundings, same lighting, etc. Often, this consists of building model stores within our production facility to present models to customers. This capability exists in our home offices as well as at all satellite offices in HQ hometowns for quick turn around times.

Pratt offers full service IT solutions designed with leading edge technology to capture, assemble, and transmit all relevant customer data. These solutions are highly customizable in terms of tracking and reporting, have online scheduling, and display inventory in real time.

Some specific IT solutions are below:
  • Pratt StoreSmart Database: This solution lets customers search for specific signs in certain store formats and provides preliminary pricing scenarios. This feature includes post-order tracking, online schedules, photo documentation, sign-off documents, and online support of installation and other field services.
  • Online Replacement Catalog: Pratt provides existing stores an easy tool for ordering replacement pieces as damages and refreshes occur using an easy to use "shopping cart" ordering system.
  • Order Approval System: This web-based program houses templates for all store footprints and allow the client access at all times to verify orders and to institute change orders.
  • CAD Take-offs: CAD take-offs assist installation with a graphic placement guide and allows all parties to see the evidence before a store bill of materials is created.
  • Graphic placement guides: These guides are developed for in-house and installer use and address every graphic element in the various footprints.
  • Digital Asset Management: This system allows on-line submittal of artwork and content proofing. Details include unique client login and password, web-based links for file uploads, online proofing system, file safety triggers, and a resource library by item code.
