Pratt's Retail Implementation Team knows that if you're running a marathon, you need the right pair of running shoes in mile 1 or you'll never make it to mile 26. With this mentality, Pratt uses its standardized on-boarding methods to create the foundation for a successful store decor program.

Some suppliers base their entire program on the initial blueprints, which leads to overruns and general rollout disarray. Pratt knows that blueprints must be turned into boot prints. Our retail planning teams walk, measure, and survey each store, noting discrepancies in the blueprints and correctly allocating unit quantities for each specific location.

Pratt's support team overhauls your store planning and execution and sees every piece through to installation. Our goal is to reduce your overhead costs and remove the headache of a site-specific install.
